Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?

Our rates are for the entire villa; however, parties, weddings or large gatherings require written permission.  The Villa may not be occupied by more than 8 guests.

What are some of the advantages of a villa versus a hotel?


Privacy – in your villa, in your pool, with your family and friends. Freedom to choose your own pace and style. Cost savings when traveling with your family or larger groups. Freedom to cook and eat anything at any time – without depending upon hotel schedules. Space to spread out and enjoy a nicely designed, appointed and outfitted home.

What is the required length of stay?

Normally 7 night stay is required.

Does a weekly rental always start on the same day each week?

Generally, the normal arrival and departure day is Saturday. In exceptional cases you can arrive and leave on another day of the week, in particular if your stay is longer than 7 nights and as long as the villa is available.

Is a villa a good idea for a honeymoon?

It’s an exceptional idea and a great value. The Villa is incredibly romantic, private and spacious, and comes with private pool.

Does the villa include staff personnel?

There is no staff in Villa Ibiza Resort, except house cleaning once a week.

What are some of the additional costs?


There are no additional costs. House cleaning once a week is included, the clients have access to laundry facilities.

How much of a deposit do I need?


A 50% deposit is required within 3 days to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit.

When is the final payment due?


Full final payment is due 60 days prior to travel. When making a last minute reservation (within 60 days prior to arrival) 100% of your payment is due within 5 days of making the reservation.

What are the cancellation fees?


Cancellation outside of 60 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 35% of the gross rental price.
Cancellation between 60-30 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the gross rental price.
Cancellation within 30 days of travel will result in a full forfeiture of the gross rental price.

Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

What are the forms of payment I can use?

Wire Transfer (client is responsible for wire transfer fees from both banks).
We will provide you with the bank details.

How many people can I bring with me?


The maximum occupancy number is 8 persons. If you arrive with additional people above the maximum occupancy allowance, it is grounds for asking you to leave the villa and forfeit your rental.

Will I need to put down a security deposit on my villa rental?

Villa Ibiza Resort requires a security deposit of 1500 Euros per week. The deposit is payable by wire transfer at least 2 weeks prior arrival. It is charged only if there are damages during the rental period. Otherwise it will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after your departure.

How do I get directions to the villa?


We will provide you in advance with Arrival Information and explicit directions to the villa from the airport. Driving from the airport to Villa Ibiza Resort takes 12 minutes.

How do I get the key to the villa?


You will be met at the villa by a local representative who will give you your keys to the villa as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of the villa.

Do I need to purchase trip insurance?

Even the best-planned trips can get blown off course by unexpected circumstances like a broken leg, 24-hour flu, an unexpected hurricane, or worse. Trip insurance provides coverage for everyone staying at the villa for one affordable plan cost.

Who do I contact in the event I have a problem at the villa?


Villa Ibiza Resort has a villa manager, who is accessible round the clock to respond to any problem you might have at your villa. You will be supplied with his contact information, along with other important local phone numbers.

Are children welcome in Villa Ibiza Resort?

The villa is perfect for your family in terms of safety and bedding considerations. Of course you should keep an eye on small children, especially in the pool area.
